  • Anomalous Esthetics & Body is by appointment only. To ensure your booking, please reserve 24 hours in advance. We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. You can receive the service later should you choose to cancel your appointment. We require a credit card on file when you book each appointment. You will not be charged until after your session. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All single service appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the date and time of appointment.

    All multiple services appointments and Spa Packages/Parties must be canceled 48 hours prior to the date and time of appointment.

    Group appointments of 3 or more must be canceled a week prior to the appointment.

    Any appointments scheduled for Holidays or Holiday Weekends should be cancelled 7 days prior to the appointment.

    We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frames, as well as no shows, will result in 100% charge of the full fee of the services.

  • There is a No Refund policy for services booked.

    If you are not happy with your service, please contact us so we can make things right.

  • Please note that if you are over ten minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled for another day. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

    There will be NO refunds for No Show appointments.

  • Spa guests must be 14 years of age and older. Those aged 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult and provide written consent.??????

  • You must have 3+ people to book a spa party.

    We require you to pay 100% at the time of booking, and we request if you need to reschedule that you do so at least 7 days in advance.

    All mobile parties will have an additional 25% service charge added to all package prices.

  • The safety of our practitioners is of the utmost importance to us.

    We reserve the right to end any service if it does not align with our standards of service.
